About the Framework

CloudPedagogy’s Generative AI Capability Framework helps educators, researchers, and academic leaders use generative AI strategically, ethically, and effectively across their practice.

Grounded in design thinking, systems innovation, and ethical foresight, the framework provides a structured, developmental approach to building AI capability in real-world settings.

It is organised into six core capability domains:

  • AI Awareness

  • Human–AI Co-Agency

  • Generative Practice

  • Ethics & Equity

  • Decision-Making & Governance

  • Reflective Practice

The framework is designed for flexible application across teaching, research, curriculum design, institutional planning, and academic development.
