About the Course

GenAI in Strategic Decision-Making and Institutional Intelligence explores how Generative AI can strengthen insight, foresight, and decision-making across the whole university. Modern institutions produce vast amounts of data—but turning those data into actionable intelligence is often slow, fragmented, or inaccessible. Jonathan Wong is the founder of CloudPedagogy and a digital education specialist with over 20 years of experience across higher education, research and digital innovation. His work focuses on turning emerging technologies into practical approaches to learning, analysis and knowledge creation.
